Currently, it is still 100% free to download the app, sign up and enjoy all of the features and benefits.


What type of venues are available on Plomo?

We partner with a range of top F&B establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, bars and lounges. We are currently only available in Jakarta, but we plan to quickly expand to other cities as soon as possible.


Can I redeem multiple complimentary items from multiple venues on Plomo?

You may redeem only 1 complimentary drink or dish each day from a venue of your choice. The days on which you may redeem a complimentary item from a certain venue depends on that venues valid days, which can be seen on the app.


How do I redeem my complimentary item?

All you need to is walk into a venue, sit at a table, open the Plomo app on your phone, ask the waiter to process your redemption and wait until your complimentary drink or dish is served.
